COFFEE PARTY

DJ set without alcohol, pressure and rush! In Szczecin, the following will play with your morning coffee:

Michał Łęcki – half of the NIMM2 duo, co-founder of the Poznań summer venue Nurt, regularly performs in clubs in Poland, Berlin and at festivals; plays dark disco and house.

Pedro Troza – recently a vinyl lover, and a long-time DJ, a man who loves electronic music and its various varieties; appreciates melodies, but is not afraid of stronger sounds.

BITTERSWEET TALKS

How to regain agency in a world full of pressure? Joanna Flis and Martyna Kaczmarek will talk about emotions and building relationships with yourself and others on your own terms. This meeting is about authenticity, self-acceptance and the right to experience – the way we feel, not the way we “should”.

Joanna Flis – psychologist, educator, addiction psychotherapy specialist, systemic psychotherapist, PhD student, member of the Expert Council for Combating Domestic Violence at the Marshal’s Office in Szczecin. Author of the books “Co-dependents”, “Co ze mnie nie tak” “Madame Monday – po dorosłychmu” and the podcast Madame Monday, expert of the YOUNG HEADS project, chairwoman of the UNAWEZA Foundation board.

Martyna Kaczmarek – internet creator, social activist, entrepreneur. Since October 2020, she has been conducting educational activities on topics related to body positivity and femininity without taboos. She was the first plus-size model to enter the Top Model house. Owner of the Bestie brand.

BitterSweet Talks is an important part of the BitterSweet Festival, which focuses on mental health, safety and mutual respect – at festivals, but also outside of them. These are meetings, conversations and activities – with experts, artists and the audience – that show that the festival is not just about music. Concerts are only half the story – the other half is the audience and their experiences.

We are co-creating the project with the SEXEDPL and UNAWEZA foundations (the YOUNG HEADS project), and its “on the road” version is supported by ENEA (as the main sponsor of the festival), which brings “good energy” literally and symbolically.

BitterSweet Festival will take place in the Cytadela Park in Poznań on August 14-16. Check out who’s playing and check out the concert schedule at www.bittersweetfestival.pl.

On-site you’ll find a BitterSweet Festival booth where you can buy tickets to the festival with a special 5% discount and no service fee!
