We invite people of all ages!

BitterSweet Festival invites you to have fun together regardless of your PESEL! Before the festival in August takes Poznań to dance, there are still many events ahead of us that encourage being offline. After the well-received Intergenerational House Party in January, it’s time for more meetings – like with good friends!

Schedule (approximate times):

17:30-20:00 dance party in Italo disco rhythms / performed by: Italomania

Conversations that move / BitterSweet Talks: Dance as a bridge between generations

We believe that movement heals, and conversation brings people closer. As part of BitterSweet Talks, we will talk about the power of music, dance therapy, intergenerational closeness and culture that supports well-being – regardless of age.

Hosted by: Agnieszka Hirsch (founder of KULA LUMP in Łazarz, which has become a local “senior club”; works to combat loneliness of the elderly)

Guests: Olga Kuźmińska (PhD in physical culture, dancer, instructor: first category dance, figure skating and artistic gymnastics, conducts “dance and movement therapy” with seniors) and Paulina Jaksim (dancer, choreographer, dance teacher, works at the intersection of art, education and movement therapy)

Nostalgic dance party in the rhythms of Italo disco with the Italomania DJ duo! Italo disco is a phenomenon. “It’s a State of Mind”. It is a synthesis of electronic dance music, banality mixed with genius, synthesizers and simple vocals. Italomania are two collectors of vinyl records who have been sharing their fascination with this music for over 5 years and playing parties with original Italo disco. There will be plenty to dance to!

Bring a friend, grandma, dad, aunt, friends, neighbor or come solo and join the event!
