Poznan Musical Theater

Songs by the legendary Polish band Maanam, written by Kora Jackowska, Marek Jackowski and Kamil Sipowicz, performed by the ensemble of the Poznań Musical Theatre in selections from the musical Rewolta.

Inspired by the events of the Poznań June 1956 uprising, the production combines music, dystopian choreography and striking costumes to transport audiences into the heart of post-war turmoil. The musical arrangements are by Łukasz Damrych, while the concert is directed by Barbara Olech, who also created the choreography for the stage production.
