The Blue Jazz Orchestra is a band formed at Poznań’s Blue Note club. Its artistic director is Piotr Scholz, a renowned composer, guitarist, conductor, and lecturer. The Blue Jazz Orchestra is an elite jazz orchestra that brings together talented and experienced musicians connected to the Poznań music scene. These artists have won numerous awards at prestigious competitions and performed at renowned jazz festivals. The Blue Jazz Orchestra is the only professional jazz orchestra in Poland operating at a music club.
The concert will be dedicated to Krzysztof Komeda – a legend of Polish jazz and an artist with strong ties to Poznań.
