BitterSweet Festival combines passion for music, culture, art, and above all, EXPERIENCING. It’s a space where the sweet meets the bitter – in emotions, sounds, and experiences, offering unforgettable moments.

BitterSweet Festival will take place 14-16th August 2025 in Cytadela Park in Pozna, Poland. The exact address is: aleja Armii Poznań, 61-001 Poznań. Click here to see the map.

Yes, it is an outdoor festival so please be prepared for changing weather conditions – extreme heat (SPF, lightweight headwear), colder nights (warm clothing), rainy days (raincoat, waterproof footwear). Please do not bring umbrellas with a metal end.

The BitterSweet Club is a community whose members receive festival updates, announcements about accompanying events, lineup releases, and ticket pool changes first. Anyone can join by subscribing to the newsletter on https://bittersweetfestival.pl/.

Tickets

You can purchase the tickets via Eventim – the links are also available on this website.

Tickets will go on sale on 11.12.2024 at 12:00 PM CET.

The tickets are divided into four ticket pools:
SWEET START – 588 PLN / from 11.12.2024 till 24.12.2024 or until sold out
EARLY BIRD – 688 PLN / from 24.12.2024 till 14.02.2025 or until sold out
REGULAR – 788 PLN / from 14.02.2025 till 14.07.2025 or until sold out
BITTER CALL – 888 PLN / from 14.07.2025 until sold out

Yes, apart from 3-day passes, there will be 1-day tickets available on sale at a later time. Follow BitterSweet Festival’s website and social media to be up to date.

Yes, there will be personalized discount codes for 10% off the 3-day passes shared ONLY with BitterSweet Club members. Join BitterSweet Club by 10.12.2024 23:59 CET and get your discount code via email on 11.12.2024. The code will work only in the first 24 hours of sales (starting 11.12.2024 12:00 PM CET).

Enter your unique discount code in a dedicated field when you make your purchase on the Eventim website.

If your email is on the BitterSweet Club list and for some reason you did not receive your discount code, email us: [email protected] or send a direct message via Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.

There are 3-day passes available. We will announce the sales of 1-day tickets at a later time.

Children age 7–12 and adults age 60 and over are eligible to purchase a ticket with a 50% discount. The discount is applied to the ticket price from the currently available pool. The participants’ age must be confirmed with an identification document at the entrance.

Children under the age of 6 can attend the event for free under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who holds a valid ticket.

Cancelling the order or returning an already bought ticket can be possible only if the festival is postponed or cancelled by the promoter.

The ticket/festival pass allows the participants to access any attractions in the festival area. Accompanying events taking place outside the festival area are free of charge.

The promoter reserves the right to change the programme. Any changes will be communicated on our social media, website and in the app.

BitterSweet Festival is a space where music combines with culture and art. We anticipate a number of accompanying events before, during and after the festival itself. Information about them will appear on the festival’s social media.

Details about the number of the artists performing at the festival will be shared closer to the event.

Arrival and accommodation

We suggest using mass transportation. Poznań, as one of the provincial cities, is perfectly connected with the rest of the country. In Poznań itself, we suggest using local public transport.

There will be no official parking for festival attendees on-site.
However, we plan to provide Kiss & Ride points and designated parking spaces for caregivers of individuals with disabilities. To reserve such a parking spot, please email your request to [email protected].

There will be no camping site at the festival.

Food and drinks

There will be various culinary options, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages to choose from. Please keep in mind, that only cashless payments are accepted in tthe festival area

You are allowed to bring one factory-sealed 0.5 litre bottle of water into the festival. If you’re entering the festival with a child, you may also bring food for them in sealed containers.

Bringing food suitable for specific dietary needs is allowed only upon presenting the appropriate medical documentation.

Safety and regulations

Take care of your safety and the comfort of other festival-goers. Follow the regulations, adhere to the guidelines of the onsite staff, and stay updated with our announcements.

Animals are not allowed at the event, except for assistance dogs. Individuals with disabilities must present a certificate confirming the dog’s assistance status and proof of required vaccinations.

The festival is fully equipped with medical and emergency services. Security personnel will ensure the safety of all attendees.

For families and people with disabilities

Absolutely! The youngest attendees are welcome in the family zone, which will feature creative art workshops, games, activities, and more fun attractions.

Children up to 6 years old can enter the festival for free, provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

We are doing everything possible to adapt the festival to the needs of people with various disabilities. Details about accessibility will be shared soon on the festival’s website.

As much as possible, we provide a dedicated area or platform for people with disabilities, suitable facilities (e.g., accessible toilets), free admission for a caregiver of individuals with significant or visible disabilities, and the ability to bring a guide dog for visually impaired attendees.

Yes! Simply ask the onsite staff or visit the information point.

Weather and preparation

The promoter is not responsible for the consequences caused by force majeure. The promoter will not be liable to attendees for failing to fulfill obligations under the regulations due to the occurrence of force majeure.

Since it is an outdoor festival, prepare for changing weather conditions. Bring sunscreen and a hat for hot days, warm clothing for chilly evenings, and raincoats or waterproof shoes for rainy weather.

Yes, there will be luggage storage available for 50 PLN. For details and location, ask the onsite staff.

Of course! We encourage you to capture precious memories. If you’re a professional photographer, contact us for the necessary accreditation. Professional photography and videography equipment are not allowed without prior approval.

Yes, you can pay with a card, phone, or BLIK.
