Are the tickets personalized?
3-day and 1-day tickets are not personalized. The information displayed on the ticket refers the buyer only.
Information for people with disabilities
A person with a disability can attend the festival with a caregiver using a single ticket. The ticket cannot be a discounted ticket; a regular ticket must be purchased from the currently available ticket tier. The organizer provides a free admission ticket for caregivers of individuals with moderate or severe disabilities. For more information, please contact: bilety@bittersweetfestival.pl
Discount for children aged 7-12 and people aged 60+
Children age 7–12 and adults age 60 and over are eligible to purchase a ticket with a 50% discount. The discount is applied to the ticket price from the currently available pool. The participants’ age must be confirmed with an identification document at the entrance.
Participation of children up to 6 years of age
Children under the age of 6 can attend the event for free under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who holds a valid ticket.
