TICKET AND WRISTBAND EXCHANGE INFORMATION

– Every purchased ticket or pass must be exchanged for a wristband, which guarantees entry to the festival. A three-day pass is exchanged for a wristband that must be worn throughout all three festival days. A one-day ticket is exchanged for a wristband that must be worn throughout the entirefestival day.

– Only an original ticket that has not been used before can be exchanged for a wristband. Please note that only tickets purchased through official sales points guarantee entry to the festival. We advise against purchasing tickets outside authorised sales points, as there is a risk of purchasingcounterfeit or invalid tickets that do not allow entry to the concert.

– Each attendee must exchange their ticket for a wristband in person. One pass or wristband cannot be used by more than one person.

– Entry to the event area is only permitted to persons wearing an undamaged wristband properly fastened around their wrist. In the event that a wristband is torn or damaged, the Attendee is required to immediately report to the Organiser or the head of security at the event entrance with the damaged wristband, where it will be replaced with a new one and fastened around the wrist. Only wristbands damaged within the Event area are eligible for replacement. Leaving the Event area without permission with a damaged or torn wristband, without previously notifying the Organiser or the head of security, is tantamount to giving up participation in the event.

– The ticket must contain a barcode or QR code – a ticket order confirmation or payment confirmation alone is not sufficient.

– There is no need to print your ticket – you can show it on your phone. Please set the screen of the device on which the ticket will be displayed to maximum brightness.

– There may be mobile network coverage issues at the festival. Please download your tickets to your phone as an offline file or take a photo with a clearly visible QR code.
