There are two entrances to the event area for people with mobility difficulties:
Outside the designated paths, the area is grassy and partly wooded. There are changes in elevation – to move safely between the festival zones, there are paths that avoid natural obstacles created by the terrain.
To enter the festival area, you must exchange your ticket for a festival wristband at:
Festival Centre (corner of Niepodległości Avenue and Armii Poznań Avenue)
Additional wristband exchange point (Community Centre No. 2, 121 Za Cytadelą Street)
Both points will be open from 13–15.08, 14:00–01:00. 14:00-01:00.
At the Festival Centre, we will have a dedicated ticket-to-wristband exchange desk for people with disabilities, allowing them to receive assistance without having to wait in line.
A person with a disability may be accompanied free of charge by an assistant, provided that the assistant has been registered electronically by the required deadline using the festival email addresses.
Uczestnikom festiwalu może asystować również pies. Weź ze sobą certyfikat potwierdzający status psa asystującego i wykaz aktualnych szczepień.
If you do not have an assistant, don’t worry – our volunteers will help you access the festival area and will be available if you need support.
Platforms
People using alternative mobility solutions (e.g. wheelchair users) can attend concerts from dedicated platforms located at the BitterSweet Stage, Enea Stage, Next Stage and PKO Bank Polski Stage. Access to the platforms will only be possible with a special wristband – to obtain one, please go to the Festival Centre.
Staff will be present at each platform to help you find a safe place.
Accessible Toilets
There are portable toilets for people with disabilities throughout the festival site. They are positioned to provide users with the easiest possible access.
Changing place “Komfortka”
A mobile, fully equipped facility in the form of a special tent. It is a hygiene and sanitary space for adults with disabilities and their carers. You will find it behind the PKO Bank Polski Stage tent.
Safe Spots
There are three safe spaces at the festival for rest, conversation, emotional support and first contact in a crisis situation.
Information Point (Safe Spot 1)
Safe Spot No. 1 also serves as an information point – you will find support there, answers to questions about accessibility and free earplugs. Check the location on the festival map.
Safe Crew
Festival staff – organisers, volunteers and security staff – will be present throughout the festival area and ready to provide support. You can recognise them by their distinctive clothing and ID badges.
After collecting your festival wristband, volunteers will show you the way and help you access the festival area.
Medical Support
The festival has full medical and emergency services coverage. You will find several permanent first aid points (check the festival map), and medical security staff will be present throughout the festival area.
Sensory stimuli
There will be strobe lights and loud sounds throughout the festival area – if you feel uncomfortable or notice any concerning symptoms, do not hesitate to go to the Safe Spots or medical staff.
